What you’ll do: Work with our partners and staff to interpret and understand the relevant regulatory, professional and audit methodology requirements, with a particular focus on new standards Support implementation of aspects of our System of Quality Management, including audit work plans Partner with our project leads in creating, updating and improving guidance materials. Analyse data to help inform and provide relevant, timely quality support Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic quality initiatives and methodology enhancements across multiple practice areas Drive stakeholder engagement with regulatory bodies and professional standards setters, representing PwC's position on emerging audit methodology developments What we’re looking for: T his role is ideal for someone who likes thinking about methodology and "how" external audits are executed, and enjoys problem solving Strong ability to evaluate complex audit evidence, assess compliance with methodology , and provide constructive feedback to audit teams Proven track record in managing quality control processes, conducting complex quality reviews, and developing risk mitigation strategies across multiple client engagements Exceptional communication skills with experience managing teams, mentoring staff, and effectively engaging with Partners and senior client stakeholders What you’ll gain: The opportunity to work with leading organisations and cutting-edge technology that challenge and expand your expertise .
